Johns Creek Restaurant Group Meets

Slated for Tuesday, May 20 at 9:30 a.m.

Chamber members in the hospitality sector are invited to a discussion with Bo Strong about survival tactics during a recession. Topics include what options the Johns Creek restaurants are facing including much higher food costs and how to improve their chances of prospering.

Please call Linda Pointer to make reservations. The meeting will be conducted at the Johns Creek Chamber offices at 10475 Medlock Bridge Road, Suite 122.

Monthly Meeting Centers On Disaster Planning
Next monthly at noon on Thursday, May 15

Firestorm: Safe & Secure Schools and Businesses, which specializes in disaster planning and helped Virginia Tech manage the media communications following the student shooting, will make a presentation at the May Chamber monthly meeting.

Firestorm is comprised of dozens of highly respected leaders in security/safety, health/medicine, manufacturing/mining, crisis communications, risk management, law, finance and corporate governance/compliance. Distinguished members include former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. C. Everett Koop.

Paul Dietrich is an international recognized expert on the global economy. “There is a bull market
somewhere in the world.” Currently, there are four major transformations that are shaping political,
economic and world events. These transformations will have profound implications for American business owners, our culture and our way of life.
